Clean and Green Trucks

Clean and Green Trucks

Support the City of San Francisco’s campaign to eliminate graffiti in our neighborhoods and business districts by removing graffiti vandalism from your commercial vehicle.

If your commercial vehicle has been tagged by graffiti vandals and is registered in San Francisco, you may be eligible to participate in the Clean and Green Trucks pilot program to paint graffitied trucks “Transformer Green.” This is the color that the City uses to paint over graffiti on utility poles, trash receptacles, retaining walls and other public property. Instead of creating a fresh white canvas for taggers, you’ll be sending a message to vandals that their graffiti won’t stay up.

DPW will provide a free paint job to trucks or vans that apply and meet the eligibility requirements. This program is made possible through a grant from the City’s Community Challenge Grants Fund.

Check out some before and after pictures of trucks and vans painted through this program.
