Project Information:
The primary goals of this project is to address accessibility deficiencies and to structurally stabilize the interior balcony and to create a proper “front entrance” to the building. Currently the occupants must enter the building for events on the side of the building which opens into the main performance space. This project provides an new formal accessible entry at the historic front of the building.
As part of the barrier removal, the project will provide new and accessible restrooms on the main and basement levels of the building in addition to adding a new portable lift for stage access. This work will also vertically stabilize the existing interior balcony making it safe and accessible for the community. This project is currently in the design phase.
